Dr. Sirachainan graduated medical degree, internal medicine board certification and medical oncology board certification from Faculty of Medicine, Ramathibodi hospital, Mahidol University, Bangkok, Thailand. He was also in Postdoctoral research fellowship training at University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA. His major research interests were gastrointestinal cancers, tumor immunology and gene therapy. He is current president of Thai Society of Clinical Oncology (TSCO) and chairman of Ramathibodi Comprehensive Cancer Center (RCCC).
