I have been providing cancer treatment for children and AYAs at the National Cancer Center Hospital. The development of new drugs for pediatric oncology has been slow due to the fact that pediatric oncology is a rare cancer and drug metabolism is different from that of adults. Currently, I am involved in the development of new drugs so that more children can receive them. I am also interested in conducting research in cooperation with overseas countries to eliminate drug lag.
