Specialized skills with OMOTENASHI spirit

We value nursing expertise and skills delivered with warm compassion and empathy. We deeply respect each patient and proactively communicate to understand their unique needs, building solid trust with our patients. We share in the patients’ struggles and joys and continue to support the cancer patient journey.
Recently, we have been actively focusing on addressing rare cancers, pediatric cancers, AYA (Adolescents and Young Adults) cancers, geriatric cancers, employment support, appearance care, and palliative care.

Our seven strengths are as follows:

1.Advanced expertise and skills:
We possess advanced knowledge and skills to provide excellent quality care, specializing in cancer treatment and nursing. And our hospital has the largest number of Clinical Nurse Specialists and Certified Nurses in cancer patient care in Japan, providing high-quality nursing. A unique aspect is that all nurses in our hospital fulfill the role of a Research Nurse in clinical trials for treatment development, which is our hospital’s mission.

2.Patient-centered approach:
We emphasize patient-centered care. We deeply respect and show compassion towards patients, making every effort to support their physical and emotional well-being. Decisions are made with the patients, and care is tailored to individual life stages and needs. We continue to support treatment, their daily lives, and future prospects.

3.Teamwork:
We collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals, working together as a team to advance patient care. This brings comfort and reliability to patients, allowing them to concentrate on their treatment with peace of mind.

4.Respect for culture and personal beliefs:
We respect the diversity of our patients’ backgrounds and appreciate patients’ cultural backgrounds and personal beliefs.

5.Professional ethics and reliability:
We possess a strong sense of responsibility, uphold professional ethics, and protect patients’ personal information and privacy. That’s why we are highly trusted in society.

6.Safe medical environment:
Japan’s healthcare system prioritizes safety, and has developed a comprehensive system to prevent medical errors and infections. We actively participate in measures to ensure patient safety.

7.Continuous learning and growth:
The field of cancer treatments is constantly evolving. We continue to learn and stay updated with the latest information, always aiming to provide better nursing.

Japanese nurses are diligent and very kind. The combination of our specialized skills and hospitable nature brings comfort to the patients.
