Endoscopy Division actively performs endoscopic treatment, especially endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD), to preserve organ function in patients with early gastrointestinal cancers (esophageal cancer, gastric cancer, duodenal cancer, and colorectal cancer). ESD enables reliable resection and accurate pathological diagnosis regardless of lesion size or location, and provides favorable treatment outcomes comparable to surgery in patients with low risk of nodal metastasis.
Our endoscopy center is one of the leading high-volume centers for gastrointestinal endoscopic treatment in Japan, and we are able to treat various patients, including those who are difficult to treat in general hospitals.
