National Cancer Center Hospital recognized in Newsweek

2022/11/30

NCCH was ranked 11th in the world and first in Japan in the World’s Best Specialized Hospitals 2023 ranking published by the American magazine Newsweek. This year’s ranking was even higher than last year’s ranking of 16th in the world. In this ranking system, hospitals are ranked by a score based on ratings by physicians and hospital administrators around the world, patient satisfaction surveys, and healthcare key performance indicators (KPIs). Studies have also reported that hospitals ranked higher in this system have better treatment outcomes. We are proud to have received this kind of recognition, and consider it a testament to the high quality of medical care that NCCH provides to not only our Japanese patients but also our international patients.
