The challenge in medicine as a science aspect is a universal challenge, whereas specific challenge varies depending on the region or country. Most clinical trials are based in Europe or the United States, so there is limited influence of Asian countries despite their large population or drastic economic development.

ATLAS project aims to build an international platform of clinical research in Asia, especially for clinical research and trials for cancer treatment and drug development. We believe this ATLAS project guides the leading institutions in the region to be the core and improve their quality. This will lead to building a network for conducting efficient and effective international clinical research.
Working together with academics and pharma through this platform of ATLAS project, cancer research and clinical trials in Asia will leap forward. Imagine, the cancer research within Asia, by Asians for Asians.

This surely will benefit Asian medicine and clinical development.
