Clinical trials are conducted by clinical trial teams, not only by physicians, but by CRCs, nurses, pharmacists, and laboratory technicians each playing a specific role. We, all clinical trial team members need to have up-to-date knowledge of clinical trials to perform delegated tasks appropriately.

Challenge in medicine as science aspect is a universal challenge, whereas specific challenge varies depending on the region or country. Most clinical trials are based in Europe or United states, so there is limited influence of Asian countries despite its large population or drastic economic development.
