Outline of this project

MASTER KEY Asia is an international collaborative prospective registry study for rare cancers, especially in Asia.

We will be expanding MASTER KEY project currently being conducted in Japan to Asia. Our goal is to implement genomic medicine in Asia.

ClinicalTrials.gov registration number

Origin of the name

The official name of this project is “Marker Assisted Selective ThErapy in Rare cancers: Knowledge database Establishing registrY”. The capitalized alphabets are connected and named MASTER KEY.

Origin of the logo

The logo of this project (red) is a fusion of the logo that resembles the key of the MASTER KEY project launched in Japan in 2018 (gold) and the motif of the “hand” that symbolizes the ATLAS project.
