His work integrates clinical data with next-generation sequencing to dissect tumor heterogeneity. In pancreatic cancer, he advanced endoscopic biopsy techniques (Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, 2023), enabling landmark single-cell sequencing studies (Molecular Cancer, 2025), and identified key germline and pharmacogenomic markers to personalize therapy (Clin Cancer Res, 2026).
