He pursued a fellowship at Centre Hospitalier Universitaire de Grenoble, France, from 1994 to 1995, and received further training in South Korea, Singapore, the USA, and Switzerland.<br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\nContributions to Palliative Care:<br \/>\r\nSince 2008, Dr. Th\u1ecbnh has been a pioneer in developing and implementing cancer palliative care in Vietnam. In September 2015, under his leadership, the palliative care unit at Ho Chi Minh City Oncology Hospital was accredited as an ESMO Designated Centre of Integrated Oncology and Palliative Care.<\/p>\r\n<h2><strong>Research Interest<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n<ul class=\"list1\">\r\n\t<li>oncology and palliative care<br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h2><strong>Professional Experience<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n<ul class=\"list1\">\r\n\t<li>Dr. Thinh has specialized in Radiation Oncology since 1993. He focused mainly on Head and Neck, breast, lung and rectal cancers. Dr. Thinh also serves as pioneer specialist in palliative care in VN.
